| Hello,
I have received a gift which is a leather black handbag from Segue and unfortunately I
have used it today for the first time and it's leather is all peeling off. I know that it
was quite expensive and I do not expect that a bag used only once should become like
this.
Can you please reply to my comment and explain to me what is the problem and how this can
be solved.
